large lump in scrotum coming from upper groin

ok i have a large lump (bigger than both my testicles combined)  like thing in my um "sack" and it seems to be coming from my groin. it is alway on the left side of my "sack". if i squeeze it and push it back up it will some times go away, but most of that time it will push its self back out. if i lay down, it will go back into my groin. if i flex my lower stomache or push or put pressure on my groin it shoots back into my "sack" ive had this for a while im not sure when it started.  if it helps i am a wrestler. lightweight so i cut wieght alot. im a swimmer, and i am sexually active if it helps any. i dont know what to do and it is really starting to get annoying

By your description, I think that you have a hernia. You should see a general surgeon. Though it is not giving you any pain, it sounds as though you need something done for it. Surgery is the only reasonable way to take care of the problem as it will not get better on its own.
