Im 16 and for the last year or so I noticed my left testical growing much bigger then my right one.  It is now atleast 3 times as big as my right testical and still growing.  It also is pretty long with a thick part of it growing up in to my bodie.  I was wondering what may be the cause of this or if it might be testicular cancer?  I am also woundering if i should go see a doctor?

Sounds like a Spermatecele (or cyst); usually harmless but you really need to be evaluated by a doctor/urologist.  Also check this website for info on varicele and hydrocele.  Don't try self diagnosis - go to the doc.

Dear Alex,
Your question is a good one but one which I cannot answer on the internet. You MUST bring this to your parents’ attention and be examined by a physician...NOW. You may have a hernia or a hydrocele...but you may actually have a testicular cancer  and need therapy  right away. Testis cancer is curable in most cases. You are certainly in the age group when testis cancer is more prevalent.
This information is provided for general medical information purposes only. Please consult  your physician for diagnostic and treatment options pertaining to your specific medical condition. The Henry Ford Hospital Department of Urology has experience in the evaluation and treatment of problems such as you describe. We would be most interested in helping you. You can reach us through our toll-free number 1-800-653-6568. We can also arrange local accommodations through this number if this is  your need. Please bring any x-rays [and pathology slides] (not just the reports) as well as any physicians’ notes and lab test results that you may be able to obtain. These will help us greatly.
Sincerely,
HFHS M.D.-SAL
