left testicle pain,

I have a 10 year old boy, who nine weeks ago had his first UTI infection, along with left testicle pain, where you can't even touch it,
From April 24 to now June 8 he is on his way back to the Doctor for his 3rd UTI. And the pain is still there for the testicle pain.
The last DR. app. he had an X ray, its not twisted.
But the pills he was put on for the last UTI did not help, he went back to the Dr. and was put on an amox.
Also last night he came out of his room and said it feels like some one grabbed his testicle and twisted it. He went to bed and didn't say another word about it.
This discussion is related to Lower Left Testicle and Pains.
