left testicle severe pain, swelling, abdominal pain

by pokey678, Apr 28, 2009 01:28PM
My son has a very enlarged left testicle for at least 6 weeks, severe pain for 5-6 days now, low abdominal pain.  I advised him to go to Emergency Room so he went to ER, had ultrasound which they didn't see anything...referred him to a urologist...Now what else could this be?  Please!  Very concerned parents and son.

I'm no expert, but i have an opinion. You said that your son is having low abnominal pain along with the left testicle pain. Testicular pain sometimes happens when low abdominal pain is present. The testicular trauma can vary depending on the the severity of the low abdominal pain. Try eliminating the abdominal pain
