Sometimes infections can
leadLead poisoning to sensitivity changes in the penis. I would certainly be checked for STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia. A urinalysis can be considered to evaluate for UTIs.
If the symptoms continue without an obvious explanation, you can consider a referral to a urologist (or neurologist if the nerve-like symptoms continue).
