lump on scrotum

Hello.  I need some professional advise.  I woke up early morning (2am to be exact) just to find out that I have a lump on my right scrotum then after that I wasnt able to sleep anymore.  I kinda freaked out because I thought that this could lead to something very serious (which I hope it wouldnt). I thought this is just a pimple so I pinched it and then I saw a white/off white substance came out.  What is going on?  Is this something normal or not?  How serious is this?  I badly need your help. From your description, it sounds as if you have something in the skin of your scrotum. Again, this sounds to be a sebaceous cyst which is really an overgrown pimple. Warm soaks, no further squeezing and if it is tender and inflamed, antibiotics may be needed. See you primary care physician.
