Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The pea size lumpLumps in the breasts could be a cyst. Well the possibility of cancer is always there. However there are other common causes like orchitis or inflammation of testicles, varicoceles, hernia, hydroceles, and spermatoceles, which can all cause testicular lumps. Without an urologist confirming it, it is difficult to say where it is originating from and whether it is attached to testicle or not. A cyst can have a pedicle and thus appear to be a separate lump from testis. Please do not delay and consult an urologist.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
