lumps in penise vein or attached too??? helppppppp

well theres two things concerniing me.... One that there is this hard what looks like to be a vein that runs from the base of my penis to the right side its is hard when flaccid and when erect does not hurt what so ever or have irritation just sits the and is hard Why is this please help me i cant find info anywhere..???????/

Second is i just noticed these to little bumps that seem to be inside or attched to my veins on my penis i am sexually active but have been tested for diseases but all came up negative there both about 2 inches from the tip one on the top right and one on the botton left.. they are not painfull or have any discomfert. they are or seem to be slightly fleshy colored but look as the same as my veins if streched... Well im in desperate need of someones opinion plz reply i would be greatly appreciated.........
