Hi,

Lymph nodes enlarge in response to inflammation arising from infection or neoplasm, increased blood supply to the region drained by the lymph nodes, and other causes.

Are the lymph nodes tender to touch?

Have you had exposure to any sexually transmitted infections?
If yes have you been treated and examined after treatment?

It is likely that the lymph node enlargement is in response to the varicocele.

I would still advise you to have the lymp nodes examined by your doctor.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress
