male urine sediment

my husband has white worm like particles in his urine. no other s/s...he is 43year old. about 3 weeks noticed urine, no pain-no incontenance-no burning. has had constipation and diarrhea several times over last couple months. what could this urine sediment be or caused by.

Hi

Urinary tract crystals, fungal and bacterial infections may present with a turbid urine. That is, their urine samples may present with sediments and may appear cloudy. At this point, we can not exactly tell what these sediments are. A urinalysis will be able to help you determine what could be causing this.
