i am a 60 yearold male every morning i wake up my penis starts giting hard .This happins 2 to 5 times a night.its driving me nuts please help. thinks johnnie

Morning erections of varying duration can be considered normal. If it persists for an extended period of time, a physician evaluation would be necessary.
Tests to consider would be an ultrasound to evaluate the anatomy and penile blood flow as well as blood tests to evaluate the testosterone level.
These options can be discussed with a urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
