neck pains during masterbation

Hi,
I'm 19 years old and only recently got the hang of masturbation. Once I figured how it's done, I started doing it every day (you know, relived I finally got it...). On the 3rd or 4th day I suddenly started getting a sharp pain at the top of my neck almost immediately after starting. It was so bad I could hardly stand straight and had to stop. I tried again the next day, but the same thing happened.
I tried reducing the amount of times I masturbate to once in a few days but the pain is still there. I still usually continue and reach an orgasm, but then the pain usually lasts for hours later. At the moment I am taking a week of trying to see if it gets better.
besides this pain, I have had for years now neck pains (of a different kind) that have been checked out by doctors and no source was found for them. At first I thought that the while masturbation is just an enhancement of my neck pains, but I have been searching the web and I saw the pains during masturbation are not that uncommon.
any advice?
thanks

Well, I doubt it has to do with the foreskin since I'm circumcised. I saw on the internet many cases of people who had the same symptoms, and it appears to be a Benign Coital Headache. The advice given was to take a week or two off. I tried that and it worked for a bit but now the pains came back... So I think I will try taking a longer break (didn’t resist the temptation very long last time) and if it doesn't help I will see a doctor.
thanks for the advice, though.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to phimosis, epididymitis or infection or urethral obstruction like calculus etc. Phimosis is a constriction of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be drawn back over the tip of the penis. All these conditions need to be ruled out by means of an ultrasound and examination. I suggest you a urologist’s evaluation for the same.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
