new penis veins & a curve

I noticed two days ago that I have what appears to be two bulging veins on my penis. I don't know how long they have been there but this is the first time i've noticed them.  They are kind of a bluish color and run up along the right and left sides of my shaft. The one on the right is more prominent and straight.  If i touch it, it can be moved around.

In addition to this I appear to have a problem with my erection. there is no pain and i have no trouble getting an erection.  the problem is that it seems the underside of the base
forms a curve and so my penis is bent more downward. its a slight bend at the base of the penis.  the underside of the base of the penis also has some redness.  i thought it might be pyronies but i don't feel any type of plaques. i don't feel any veins or "spaggetti" like in my testicles either... so i'm thinking its not that vericocele thing.  Please help me figure this out, thanks.

Penile vein thrombosis is possible, and can lead to the symptoms you describe.  An ultrasound of the penis can confirm this.  Normally, they resolve on their own with conservative treatment, however a urology evaluation can be considered for a surgical procedure if they persist.  

The curvature of the penis can be due to Peyronie's disease, which are plaques that can lead to the symptoms.  Again, the ultrasound of the penis would be helpful in ruling this out.  The plaques may not be palpable, which is why the ultrasound is important.
