occassional wbsc and occasional gram positive cocci in pairs seen in cultured semen test

Dear Doc,

I am married for 4yrs. My age is 30yrs. Now me and wife are planning for a baby.  but due to -ve results, we have undergone some tests . My cultured semen analysis reports says:

Gram Smear: Occasional WBCs and Occasional Gram +ve cocci in pairs seen

Culture Findind:Enterococcus species
Isolate Significance : Usually Colonizers , permissive pathogen and may cause cystitis, pyelonephritis or intra abdominal /pelvis infection

Antibiogram

Ampicilin+gentamycin (Sensitive)
Teicoplanin                 (Sensitive)
Linezolid                     (Sensitive)
Vancomycin                (Sensitive)

what does this meaNS AND WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.???
where from this bacteria enterred into my semen.
Does it would have enterred into my wife's body also. Should she would be treated along with me.
Whether this bacteria is resposible for preventing us from a baby.

kindly suggest me soon what to do??
