MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
From the symptoms the possibility of Peyronie’s disease needs to be ruled out. The second possibility is of any adhesion formation and the third possibility that comes to my mind is of superficial thrombophlebitis. It is also called Mondor’s disease and is superficial thrombophlebitis of the vessels like penile vessels. This usually occurs after a vigorous sexual activity in which there’s formation of a thrombus (clot) in the superficial veins of the penis. The treatment consists of abstinence from the sexual activity, use of heparin and aspirin, painkillers to relive the pain & inflammation, injection of local anaesthetic agents or surgical excision of the thrombus as the last resort.

I suggest you to get these three possibilities also evaluated from a urologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
