on/off testicular lumps

hi everyone
i noticed lumps on both my testicles about a year and a half ago and went to the doctor. because they aren't there always the doctor couldnt find anything but sent me for a scrotal ultrasound anyway. but this test showed up no growth at all.
but these lumps are still showing up sometimes. sometimes there small sometimes they're not so small but sometimes when i check thoroughly i cant feel anything strange at all.
after the ultrasound i kinda put it out of my mind because of the all clear but now im a little worried as to what they might but also im just really curious! any ideas?
theyre not there all the time. sometimes big sometimes small. on both testicles. occasionally just on one. they feel like what i imagine to be a collection of fluid but im not doctor so i dont know.
any ideas?

i have a small lump on my left testicle, its not like a round lump its more like a sharp sort of triangle lump, it makes my felt testicle larger, longer, and pointier than the right. I don't know what this is, so any help would be good. I have had it since i was 12 and a half.
