overactive Bladder

Hi!  My husband was diagnosed with Overactive Bladder about 4 months ago.  Since then none of the Rx that they have given him have worked(they have tried 3).  There was a scope done of his bladder in which the results were no infection, no cancer, and the bladder was in 'good working order'.  His symptoms are having the 'feeling' to void, all of the time with an increased feeling at night, thus keeping him awake.  His prostate was clear too.   He has been on clonazepam for the past 9 yrs for anxiety, but has been weaning himself off over the last 6 months, he has decreased his dosage in 1/2  from .5mg twice a day to .5mg once a day...could there be a relationship between him being on this drug for so long, or the weaning off of this drug and the Overactive Bladder diagnosis??  If not, are there any 'natural' cures that you know of for Overactive Bladder?  It is effecting his quality of life and we are at our wits end.  Other than these issues he is a fit 38 yr old, with no medical problems.
