How are you? Overactive bladder (OAB) treatment has many approaches, from medication, to behavioral changes, to a combination of both.  Bladder training and pelvic floor exercises are just two natural treatments for overactive bladder. Anticholinergics are used to treat OAB but the common side effects are dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and increased heartbeat. There are other medications available, however, it would be good to consult your doctor for a treatment that suits your medial history and presenting symptoms.
