pain in testicles

by Rahool, Nov 06, 2009 11:30PM
I am 29 years old married man.

When ever I do not ejacuate for more than 4-5 days or whenever there is a urgeness of sex & I do not ejacuate, it pains at the root of the testicles.
I feel releived only after ejacuation. Also the semen is very thin during that period.
Is it normal or should I undergo any tests?
Pl. suggest.

To: Rahool,
Hi,
I don’t think you need to undergo any tests and that is absolutely normal and nothing to worry about the same. The consistency of the semen depends on the amount of fluid one takes and climatic conditions. In hot summers, due to loss of body fluids through sweat, the semen may become concentrated. Please be assured everything is normal. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
