pain in the urinary track

so i think that i am rather young to be getting prostate ccancer. even though it runs in my family. the pain level is different every time i go ****. from no pain one week to the point of having a full bladder and standing there for 20 min before anything comes out. felt like someone put a cork in it. i do bleed a drop or two after i get done pissing. and the bleeding might last a week and it might last a month and then it doesn't do it again for a couple days to a couple weeks. i have looked at sites where it has indicated what prostate cancer symptoms are and it feels like i have all of them. but and the same time i think i could have what my brother had and while he was in football he gained a large buildup of scare tissue and the symptoms were the same so i don't know what to do.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms that you are having can be due to urinary tract infection or kidney, ureteric or urinary bladder diseases like stones, growths etc. When the blood in the urine is at the beginning of urination, it most likely comes from the urethra, (the tube from the bladder to the outside). Blood throughout urination is most likely from the bladder or kidneys or ureters (the tubes connecting the kidneys and the bladder).

Diagnostic tests that may be performed include Urinalysis, Urine culture, X-rays of the kidneys, Cystoscopy, IVP, Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen.

In my opinion, consultation of a urologist will be the best. Please get it done.Treatment will depend on the same.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
