pain in uretha area
I am 55 and use a catheter about 60% of the time due to a neurogenic bladder.  I damaged my uretha last month by trying to use the wrong catheter given to me in the ER, and after taking pyridium and urogesic blue, I am still having pain and frequent urination.  The pain seems to be at the top of my vagina and uretha and hurts even when I am walking or sitting.  What do you think?

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, trauma, ulcers, erosions, neuro-muscular causes, growths/ masses, referred pain from other regions etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
