painful ejaculation during sex

Approximately two weeks ago I completed the prescribed medicine to treat a urinary tract infection.  I have since had sex a few times without complications, including last Sunday.

On Tuesday however, I was receiving oral sex from my girlfriend and she stopped a second to get her breath and when she started back I felt a burning sensation in my testicles and I immediately ejaculated.

The ejaculation burned, but the urination post sex did not.

I did not have any sexual activity the next day and on Thursday decided it best to try it out again and see if this was an isolated incident or something more serious.  Everything was normal except for the ejaculation, which burned again, but with less intensity.  The coloration and volume of the semen was normal.

Again I sat out a day and tried it again today and I did not have any burning sensation, but I can tell that something is still awry.  There is a slight mass above and below my left testicle and it does not seem to rest in the same position as my right testicle.  It does not feel too solid, possibly like a vein?  It has been there since the initial incident.

I do not have any discomfort except for when I ejaculate, which is why I have not seen a doctor.  And now that the only thing persisting is a lack of uniformity of my testicles, I'm having a harder time plopping out the family jewels to a doc.

This is not STD related...  I've had a long term girlfriend and neither of us messes around.

im assuming your young so i can only tell you what causes me to have painful orgasms...I'm 49 and have prostate stones(prostatic calculi) my uro says not to worry unless your bladder won't empty...go get a prostate exam it may be just an enlarge prostate in which one doc told me to have more sex...BUT  the way i found out about my prostate stones was while  I was receiveing treatment for kidney stones altho I don't think they are connected but i'm not sure... with my kidney stones i dont worry about my prostate stones but it(prostate) contracts while releasing semen causeing pain and what could be descibed as burning...good luck and drink lots of BOTTLED water from a spring or distilled water   after proof reading your inquiry  about your testicle..I WOULD NOT WAIT..best to get a doc to see that asap...Bruce
