passed the STD test twice and still having discharge!

I've been experiencing discharge from my penis and a slight pain in my testicles for about 2 months now. The discharge is white with somewhat of a yellow to it and I only experience it in the morning or after not urinating for about 5hrs. I've been tested twice for STD's and both results came back negative. I've also had an ultrasound done on my testicles and that came back ok as well. I don't have health insurance and I cant afford to keep paying a Dr to tell me I'm fine. any advice would help! I don't want to put off a serious problem like this!

sounds like they are checking for the wrong stds...i dont know of anything that would cause drip out of penis besides a std.
the pain in the nuts though throws me off,,you wouldnt realy have pain with any std i can think of,,,might be some kind of bacterial infection,id at least tell him i wanted a good 10-15 day antibiotic regament,,couldnt hurt, and might stop whats going on,,,doxicycline works well for stuff like that
