pelvic pain cure please help!!!

I am a 25 year old male, in the last year I have been to the urologist three times and just given meds. That's all fine and everything, but now I have done some research and found a new possible cause of my pelvic pain that comes and goes. I have been tested with ct scans , urine test, scope bladder ultrasounds digital rectal exam. End result just pelvic pain is the diagnosis. So my question  is could  over masturbating cause this pain and the spasms from all the muscles contracting so much. I'm talking like 2-3 times a day for and hour each session plus sex with spouse. So if I cut my orgasms down and quit masturbating could that theoretically cure these symptoms. Also I carry hi bilirubin but told not dangerously high.

Thanks man for your support, I feel it is definitely a sickness and your totally right I'm starting to feel better. I went a head and took an alpha blocker to relax the pelvic floor and seems like it's helping, I've also abstained all day so we will see how it goes, I'll keep posting so if anyone else has this problem maybe it will help thanks again.

Masturbating two or three times a day for an hour a session sounds like way too much whether or not it's connected to your pelvic pain.  After all of your tests which came out normal, your hunch that is is the masturbation may well prove correct.  If you can severely cut down on your masturbation, give it some time to see any results.  This is beyond your question, but you do mention sex with your spouse.  Cutting out your masturbation along with any pornography would help your marital relationship, if you can transition to getting your spouse more involved with you.
