Hi nealo48,
How are you? Do you have problems in urination? A fractured penis requires urgent medical attention. Prompt surgical repair of a penis fracture is usually successful. These days, primary goals of surgical repair are to expedite the relief of painful symptoms, prevent erectile dysfunction, allow normal voiding, and minimize potential complications from delay in diagnosis.Idont know of literature with 11 year time delay of surgery, because this is often considered emergency repair. But i suggest you discuss this with your doctor for proper evaluation and assessment for  the possibility of surgery.

I hope this helps. Take care and regards.
