penis injury

2 days after being overly rigorously masturbated i have this feeling of pressure on my penis, where the foreskin meets the shaft.  when flaccid I see a couple of veins exactly there.  It doesn't appear swollen or red.  Is it possible it is just mildly bruised with no visible sign of it?  could it be bacterial or yeast?

thank you.

Hello,
Chafing is a skin irritation caused by repeated rubbing. It is a continuous rubbing of the skin that causes redness or soreness. It usually presents with redness. If you don’t benefit from the above mentioned treatment then please get an evaluation done from a urologist.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like friction rub or chafing. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a doctor.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
