if your an adult, how long would you have to have the depo-testosterone shots? is this something you would have to get for the rest of your life?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You seem to be having microphallus. It can be due to testosterone deficiency, pituitary hormone deficiency, hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and growth hormone deficiency. Various investigations required are chromosomal studies, hormone studies like Gonadotropins (LH and FSH), Testosterone and DHT levels, thyroid hormone levels, ultrasonography and testosterone therapy. Treatment depends on the cause of microphallus.

I would suggest you to consult a urologist and discuss this possibility with him.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.

Hi, Most males are concerened about the size of their penis. They all come in different shapes and sizes. At 3.75 erect you might be smaller than some but you certianly are not the smallest.
I myself am a 45 y/o male who has about a 3.5" flacid and about 5.5" erect. Now that I have become older it seems that my penis has shrunk a bit. I believe that it is due to having gained some weight. You have not stated anything about your body build, whether you're slim or not.
At 45 I'm not concerend about my size, however suffering from ED is of greater concern. For the last 2 years I have also had a catheter in due to other problems.
What I'm trying to say is that it is far more important to have a functional penis.
You have stated that your testicles seem to have grown normal. Given that I believe that there is not much you can do to increase the size of your penis. Maybe your more honoust than most males and have correctly messured your penis? Are you comparing your self to other males?
The size of one's penis does not make the man, there is much more to a person than that.
If you are concerned about possible partners, they will exept you for who you are and not just the size of your penis.

All the best.

Ron
