penis pain

I have been in a monogamous relationship for the past 5 months. A few days ago I started to notice a dull pain in my penis when I urinate. I have had a mild yellowish discharge during the day and the pain is bearable but noticeable. I can't tell if it's a UTI or not. My girlfriend recently had a full std testing and they all came back negative. I recently went to the doctor and he said that he wasn't sure...I had to wait for a urine sample...in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas of why it hurts? Would it be terrible to have sex with my girlfriend if it is a UTI?

I’ll suggest avoiding the intercourse till the UTI is ruled out. There’s a risk of passing on the infection and moreover it may hurt you also. Please wait for the reports to come and rule out the UTI. Meanwhile, will suggest you to keep on drinking lots of water as it ensures flushing out of the bacteria. I sincerely hope that helps.
