I’ll not suggest you to use any medications or any surgical techniques for increasing the length/girth of your penis as these are risky and do come with their own side effects and will suggest you to use the exercises mentioned by me and it takes sometime for the penis to increase in size and it doesn’t happen overnight. The process of jelqing is done in the following way. The thumb and forefinger are used to encircle the base of the penis. A moderately firm grip is used to maintain the partial erection and to ensure the blood is securely trapped. Maintaining this moderate pressure, the grip hand then slides forward along the length of the shaft and forces as much blood as possible into all areas of the erectile tissue. The kegel exercises can be done by contracting the muscles which you use for stopping the flow of urine.
