penis swelling on vein

Hello,

I have such a condition (link to image below) after using penis pump. Such "swellings" along the vein. These swelligs appeared more than a week go, and basically stay more or less the same. They are for sure on the vein, as I can feel it clearly. I remember having that before, and they sometimes dissapeared when I pressed them stronger. Now they don't, and I don't want to press them too strongly.

I've been using pump before, and in the past (few years ago) I probably used it too heavily. But back then, when I had these swellings, thay dissapeared after few days as I remember. Now they remain unchanged after about a week.

These swellings don't hurt, they don't cause problems with erection, or with sex. I am just worried if this is dangerous in long term, and what should I do.

So - what are these swellings? What shoud I do? Should I "press" them, or leave them alone? How should I treat them?

thank you!

thank you.

the problem is, that these seem to be rather "lumps" or "papules" and that they are on they vein for now longer than 2 weeks.

I don't know why but my pisture wasn't inserted, therefore I provide a link here:

As you know, when you use the penis pump, it creates a suction which causes your penis to expand and lengthen, resulting in an erection.  Any veins along your penis will also expand, as you have described.  I don't think that the swelled veins are dangerous--they are just a normal result of using the penis pump.  Just leave them alone as long as they do not hurt or cause other penis problems.  Otherwise, I will caution you when using the penis pump to not create such a suction that it hurts nor use it for long periods of time.  To me, the pumps are not useful for masturbation as they just expand the penis and do not provide other stimulation.  They do provide a means to "exercise" one's penis, that is, to expand it to maximum size which some may think results in maximum erections when not using a pump, that is, during sexual activities.  But if a guy cannot normally reach an erection, they do provide a means to that end.

I would add that these are rather "papules" in the vein, than swellings. I am just not sure about the translation.
