Hello,
Painful urination can be due to urinary tract infection or stones in the kidneys or urinary tract. In that case my advice would be to consult a urologist and get complete urine examination, urine culture and ultrasound lower abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care. Please do keep me posted if you have any further queries on the same.

Hello,
These red spots on penis can be due to friction rub with clothes, contact dermatitis or Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are small, painless, spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the spots persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
