periodic sore right testical preceded by swolen (and sore to touch) vas deferens

I've noticed that once every few days I get a swollen vas deferens on my right testical - usually after ejaculation.  In an hour or two, this will subside, however I then am left with a sore right testical.  In a few hours, this also subsides.

I'm not sure what to make of it all.  Should I be worried?

Additional possibly relevant information - I had a hemmeroid a few months ago, which, when treated, went away.  I still, however, have a lump by my rectum which I interpret as an internal hemmeroid... this assumption is made without medical consultation.

I am a 24 year old male without insurance, and without any history of hospitalization.

Thank you for your input - i am very concerned.

This sounds like a varicocele.. 90% of them are not painful and not neccessary to operate

Yeah im going through the same thing. The right testical hangs lower then the left and is tender at times and  some times they are the same size with no pain I would really like to know what is going on with that
