persisted problems
lets me start from the beginning:
got drunk tried to have sex with a girl, penis wouldn't go in way too drunk so we grinded for ages while she was on top of me.
Started to get pain in my testicals, penis and pelvis areas. Went to gum clinic was given 4 tablets since they found pus in some discharge (think it was for chlamydia). Took screen, blood and urine test. Was also given thrush cream since the doctor said my penis shaft looks red. It cured it but the problem came back so was given a 2 weeks doxycline which took it down to just the left testical.
Things got worse again, was given a thrush pill at the gum clinic and told to use cream again.
While waiting for urologist I took 2 thrush pills and a different steroid cream.
Went urologist given ciproflacin and a different steroid cream. Got few days left and nothing has changed.
Symptoms now:
rash with red dots on penis shaft
pain in the tip of the penis
balls fell heavy and painful (stining/burning pain.)
Hurts mildy when I pass urine in the morning.
Before taking the cream smegma would pop up.
things I have noticed:
sugar makes it worse
pulling back and cleaning my foreskin makes it worse
What I have been doing:
eating super foods
reduced as much sugar as I can
drinking way much water
What I am going to do now:
taking 30 pills in a 10 day course for candida cure. (starts on Tuesday after ciproflaxin.) Its called immune care.
Still don't know what I have, I am open to all ideas and possibilities. This has been going on since march.

I don't suspect I have either because the only problems I have are in the penis area and I don't have the physical spots like you get with those diseases.

Testing for syphilis is 6 week mark and herpes 3 month mark. Also you could have picked up a fungus infection at your penis opening.
With unprotected sex an urethra discomfort you would be at risk for herpes, HPV, syphilis, trich (hard to test for) gono and chlamydia, Did you test for all these?

Some times with std and even NSU,s i takes a couple of trips to the doctor to get rid of them. How long was it from the exposure to your first penis symptoms?
yes came back negative. I have done-
2 blood test - negative
urine test on different things - negative
diabetes - negative
urine has started to smell from the last month.
