peyronies disease therepy

I am 33 and since I was about 20 I noticed a curviture of the penis. It becomes painful when errect and even in my sleep when normal errections occur I wake up in pain and my errection disappears. I never gets to maximum anymore.
What treatments do you recommend and  about how much shortening of the penis occurs with surgery? Is 400 units of vitamin E 3 times a day effective? Im willing to try anything safe and effective.

There are several non-surgical treatments for Peyronie's disease.

Vitamin E as well as para-aminobenzoate tablets can be considered for several months.

Medications like a calcium channel blocker or collagenase can also be considered.

Steroids can be injected into the plaque.  A procedure known as
iontophoresis can also be used to administer steroids.

If these options are not helpful, surgery can then be considered.

These options can be discussed with your urologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
