This just started happening to me, about 2 months now. It's on and off, and notice it, maybe when testicles are tight. I've been to urologist on an unrelated matter or at least might be. Seems with things most issues, the doctors leave things up to you to sort through, if it's not severe infection or injury you have to make due. He checked for peyronie's, and said is not the case, as did not feel hard plaque or goes away with erection. Like today it was severe, and it does play on your mind, like years with no problems and now what, loss of confidence. Though, I'm like you, anxiety is in my life, though my other urology problem along with this, causes anxiety through the roof. I've taken a don't give a s**t attitude, life goes on, but being positive and confident helps. With time passing, it gets behind you. Other problem has been addressed and I've gone through PT for it.
also for as long as i can remember, the top of my penis shaft, where the shaft ends and the head begins i have a small flesh coverd bump.its not hard nor does it hurt..when i get an erection you can see it also.. didnt kno if it could be related to the other problem
