MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Your son needs to be seen by a urologist immediately because not urinating for such a long time puts a back pressure on the bladder, ureters and ultimately the kidneys causing hydronephrosis. The swelling in penis seems to be due to paraphimosis. It is when the foreskin becomes trapped behind the glans penis, and cannot be pulled back to its normal flaccid position covering the glans penis. Infections alos have to be ruled out. So please consult a urologist immediately.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi, I don't have medical knowledge, but do know that things can get quite serious if the flow of urine is impaired. You state that your son has only passed a very small amount of urine in 24 hrs. Your son not being circumcised might not have anything to do with the problem. If you could observe him and see if there is any ballooning of the foreskin when he urinates, you can determine or rule out problems with the foreskin.
The doctor that you took him to is obviously useless. Given the fact that your son's penis is swolen and he has not been passing urine normaly indicates that some thing is wrong.
It is best to get your son medical treatment as soon as possible. I hope that they will take things serious this time.

All the best.

Ron
