please help weak erection/penile suspensory ligament inury

Hello everyone!

I'm 23 years old,I have erectile dysfunction for some time now (I detailed this in the E.D section http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Erectile-Dysfunction/Semi-Erectile-Problem/show/1039031?personal_page_id=739020&post_id=post_4820272),

Since then I went to see a doctor, who told me that masturbation had nothing to do with E.D, also, all the medical exams were good (blood tests, testosterone, etc)

I then did an ultrasound scan and everything was fine.

The only thing i didn't tell my doctor, was that i used to press down my penis when i masturbate, and now i feel like it's loose at the base, although i feel no pain during masturbation or urination.And as i started reading further, i found out that this has something to do with the suspensory ligament.

So my questions are:

-If i stop masturbation, will it heal on its own? what should i do to reverse this?
