pls help!!! red penis tip

i dont know if i have an infection but im guessing i am. i had sex a month ago and two days after the sex i had red testicles, red tip of forskin, and red tip of my penis around the pee hole. ive been checked and tested negative. ive been perscribed steriod creams for the rednees and the redness had dissapeared on my testicles but i still have rednees on my forskin and the tip of my penis. could it be the condom i used? it was a spermicidle lubricated condom. could it be an allergic reaction? ive taking meds for an allergic reaction an nothing dissapeared. so what can i have??? pls help!

How are you? Developing of redness over the genital area in a generalized manner two days after having sex, relates to more of allergic component rather than infection, but should be confirmed only after physical examination by a specialist.
Redness at the tip of penis could be due to prostatitis, which can occur due to infection or inflammation. Get a urine analysis with culture and STD panel done. I would suggest that you visit a urologist for physical examination and further assistance in treatment.
