possible penile fracture

I'm not sure how this has happened but it's possible I may have rolled over onto my erect penis. Sexual intercourse was not the cause as my wife and I have not had relations for approximately 5-6mos.  About 3-4 months ago my penis started hurting on the right side.  There was no blood or swelling or difficulty urinating.  This pain lasted about 1mo.  My wife and I were attempting relations recently and noticed a greater curving of my penis to the right as well as decreased erection.  Intercourse was not possible.  

Would you please advise if penile fracture is most likely what happened and what should I do?

Penile fractures usually present with severe pain  associated swelling and discoloration of the area secondary to a hematoma formation. In your case,there seems to be no history of trauma.Most cases of penile fractures take place during sexual activity..

The bending or curving of your penis may during an erection suggests that the structures responsible for the process of erection are intact.Unlike a  fracture, an erection may not be possible. I suggest you have a penile ultrasound done so as to determine any underlying organic disease.One differential in your case is Peyronie's disease.
