I am 23 years old and began to notice brown markings on the foreskin of my penis about 4 years ago. About two years ago I began noticing small brown dots on the head of my penis. They are light brown on the outside and darker towards the center and seem to be merely cosmetic causing me no discomfort. I'm comcerned about it being cancerous.

Dear Dennis,
What you describe are most likely hyperpigmented nevi which are of little significance though they can rarely lead to melanomas (a type of skin cancer). You would best be seen by a dermatologist to give you a reliable first hand answer.
