Excluding any infection should be considered, this can
leadLead poisoning to a neurogenic bladder. Infection can also lead to pain at the head of the penis as well. A urinalysis would be an appropriate test to evaluate for this possibility - if positive, a urine culture would have to be performed.
If this is negative, you can consider cystoscopy to evaluate for any anatomical abnormalities or blockages that can lead to the symptoms.
