post-orgasm difficulties

Well, this is quite embarrassing.
I had an orgasm that was the longest ever for me lasting 15-30 seconds. Usually they last 3-6. I am Menopausal (surgically induced) and have a crappy sex-drive (interest in sex is only to please my partner and to keep us active). I am 26 years old. I also have a history of high blood pressure since birth and it is untreated.
After this particular love-making session I started gasping, was dizzy, couldn't sit up without falling over, had my usual aura before I seize/pass out ( I am not epileptic, just have an occassional seizure for different reasons several years apart. Totally only 3 so far in my lifetime). I had a headache every time I sat up, I could not hold myself up or stand, when I laid down my headache was gone, My left arm was weak, I could not grip anything and there was muscle soreness, and worst of all, I couldn't really formulate speech. It was very difficult to talk. It lasted for several hours.
Anyone have any idea about what this was? I have had an orgasm since and still have the weakness after it but nothing else really too alarming.
Anything helps.
If I were to guess with my midical knowledge and backgroud I would say it was a TIA (mini-stroke) but I woke up fine the next day.
