I am 65 years old. It is nearly 3 months ,I underwent TURP surgery for BPH. I am a diabetic patient. Till today the urine is not flowing freely. I have irritation in the penis while passing urine and the stream is very thin and also the frequncy of visiting toilet is o very high side. Urine drains out even before reaching the toilet and not able to control. what are the reasons and howmuch time it takes for restoration of normal functions. Also I have constipatio take more fibre foods. Can anybody tell me  when I become normal.
