premature ejaculation

i am 20 yrs old boy. i have been masturbating since i was at 12. it’s like i

have become addicted to it. i have never sexed with ny one but

masturbt nly.. now i feel very deadly CHRONIC PAIN in my SPINAL CORD,

KNEE and PREMATURE EJACULATION. whenever i see ny thing erotic, SEMEN

gets ejaculated itself very soon..jus in few seconds.. semen has become very liquid water

type, it's not as thick as it was in starting , i fell weakness within me all

d tym.. m having CONSTIPATION problem also for a yr... i tried to stop

doing masturbt for few days but even den it gets ejaculated itself in d

form of NIGHT FALL ., 2 times in a month it definately occurs... m very

worried abt it

if dis pain is due excessive masturbating????

does it lead to impotence or any other sexual disorder like less sperms

.. ???

i want to stop all dis ..please suggest me..plzz...:_(

m really worried abt my sexual lyf in future....... but sir m jus 20 yrs old boy n just study , i dont have my own income .. so can't afford urologist on my own.... n i wud really feel so embarrased wen i wud talk abt it to my parents......they would only think dat i must be masturbating dat's why m in such a problem , yes i do masturbet but is dis d only reason for such problems....dat's why m not able to talk to my parents....i had BRAIN STROK also a year ago....m under treatment of a neurologist... what should i do sir ... m totally broken up.....please suggest...!!!

thanks sir for d advice .. .i think m in a serious problem .....is dis pain in spinal cord n premature ejaculation is due to excessive masturbating???? if it could be d reason for impotency?????

What you are having is premature ejaculation. This is a very common problem and unfortunately, there’s no medication for the same. The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance. The treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases. My sincere advice is to consult a urologist. The possible causes of the testicular pain can be an infection like acute epididymitis, torsion of the testes/testicular appendage etc. This might be the reason of the premature ejaculation.
