prostatitis need help

I’m struggeling with my problem a 1 year . The problem started last Christmas and is until now .Few days before Christmas I started with my fiancé to have unprotected sex .We had sex for couple of days and nothing happen but once I remember that I had LOT of spots on ma glance and after few days it was red . Very itchy ..Meantime itchy occur on my butt (rectum) .Finally I heal my penis but not butt .This itchy is all the time sometimes less sometimes a lot. My fiancé at that time has some itchy and discomfort in the vagina but no discharged or anything else . She was concern about the pain but fortunately she did not have a cancer .
My question is that is possible she had a yest infection and I got this from her for example .
My problems were about to begin because I have problem with prostate.My prostate swallow blocking the urine system . A lot of problems ,catheter etc,, Finally one foreign doctor found in my semen bacteria call ,,,staphylococcus coagulate negative,, many colony .I spent 7 days in hospital taking antibiotics and after this test shows that I still have this bacteria but single colony . For 6 weeks was fine but again I feel pain in my bladder and urine system . My urine smell and everything came back .Only thing I can do is t o take vancomycin .
Where this bacteria come from . I read that is possible to get this bacteria from surgery which a had . Knee surgery .january 30 .2008 but my itchy problem with penis and butt occur in December 2008 few weeks early. What this mean that possible my wife has yeast infection ? I read that this also cause in men prostate problem ,this bacteria staphylococcus coagulate negative can do this .
So I have 2 theory
1 surgery and this bacteria shows up
2 My wife had yeast infection and I got this from her .Although she feel fine ,ok. I had penis itchy and butt and prostate problem .
If I still have this bacteria in my semen and I ejaculate in her is possible that this bacteria can survives in vagina and then I can get infection again .?
Assume if I will be fine after vancomycin but this bacteria stay alive ine her vagina for long time I can get infection again ?
I know is complicated but please help me to solve my problem .I want to finished with this .
