prostatitis at 18?

Sorry this is gonna be long to get all the info in.
I'm an 18 year old male who has been having discomfort and occasional pain in the groin.
My backstory is that I was having unprotected sex with a girl around October of 2008 and smoking weed everyday. I later found out that the girl claimed to have had recurrent self diagnosed UTI's a few times a year since she was a kid as in before she had sex.
My first symptoms were discomfort and the feeling of having to urinate even after just urinating and all the time. At first I would only have the discomfort after getting high and it would be gone the next day but by January it would be around all the time. The urination feeling went away after and came back once or twice but it never lasted for more than a few days at a time. The discomfort was mostly in the urethra at first (urethra awareness) and that lasted for months. Doctor told me I had prostatitis in February and I've been on the antibiotic Doxycycline for months on and off and Ciproflaxin once even though they know it's not really helping.
At some point most of the urethra awareness when away and I've had pain in my left testicle, left leg, and a pressure in my rectum. Pain is usually come and go as in it will be weeks in between flare ups.
2 months ago a urologist just gave me more antibiotics and Aleve but that didn't do much. Saw another urologist 2 days ago who just said that as an 18 year old he didnt think I'd have prostatitis and that whatever I did have seemed to be going away slowly on it's own. He said this because the pain is pretty much all gone but I still have the lingering discomfort in groin and rarely in my left leg along with the rectum pressure.
The only times I've had any pain from urination is when I'd have flare ups which lasted a few days at max and there would be a stinging sensation after urination.
I stopped smoking weed in June because almost everytime I got high I would have huge increase in pain so I assume the cannabis was irritating the prostate. Cigarettes and alcohol also do the same thing although they dont increase the pain until the next day.
IMPORTANT: 2 weeks ago I drank 2 beers at a party and the next day I felt fine until the evening when pain increased and my penis looked sickly.(It honestly looked like I would assume gonorrhea would look) There were red splotches of skin on the head, the scrotum was red, the urethra tip was inflamed and purple, and there was a semen like discharge but more less thick. (I was also on the drug Ecstasy at the time but its never done this before to me). The groin also felt cold and clammy for the next 2 days and urination stung slightly. The latest urologist just said it was nothing to worry about and the beer probably didnt have anything to do with it. In my mind I thought it might be a yeast infection that the beer aggravated.
In summation my symptoms after months of changing and coming and going are now basically just discomfort in testicles and a pressure in the rectum. The penis head skin becomes irritated much easier as in after masturbation and sometimes just randomly it is often redder and dry. Also the bladder just feels different from before. Do you think the marijuana would have anything to do with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated as apparently the urologist can't figure it out and I've had this for months. yeah i the same thing pretty much happened to me. All of the things i loved just gotten taken away from me by prostatitis.. Drinkin, Smokin Weed, Sex, and Exercise in my opinion it is one of the worst diseases ever to have
