prostatitis or some sort of stricture

My question is basically looking for other opinions, 7 weeks ago i started urinating frequently, after 3 weeks of this, there started to be burning in the head of my penis, that eased a little and now fills like i have to urinate as soon as i go. my urologist thinks not, but i would like another opinion, is it possible that during rough, dry sex - (it hurt to the point i told her to stop), that something in the head of my penis could have been damaged, as the burning sensation started the very next morning after this, but the frequent urination had been there for the previous 3 weeks. I have been tested for all std's, bacteria, etc, all negative. my diagnosis was prostatitis, is that possible with just burning in the tip and frequent urination? i also had a prostate massage a few days ago, while uncomfortable, the worst part was how bad the fluid burnt when it came out, is that normal? my uro said the fluid should not have been white and said he saw clumps of white blood cells when he looked at it, letting him believe it was a bacteria infection.
and last (sorry its so long), he said my prostate was large for my age (35), should i be worried about cancer at this point? Right now i am taking bactrim and ibuprofen 800mg, but still having the same symptoms, thus wondering where else to look or for what?  thanks....

Prostatitis can present with burning and frequent urination.  Sometimes, this can be difficult to treat, with extended courses of antibiotics necessary for treatment.

If the prostatitis does not resolve, you can consider a transrectal ultrasound to look for a prostatic abscess.

If there is concern about prostate cancer, you can obtain a PSA - which is a blood test that can be suggestive of cancer.  At age 35 you are young for cancer, but this does not mean it isn't possible.  

If the tests remain non-revealing, a cystoscopy can be considered to look for anatomical abnormalities that can lead to your symptoms.
