I am not aware of an anal fissure elevating the PSA level. Repeating the test is a good idea - but with a PSA level above 10, you may want to consider a urology referral and prostate biopsy. Prostate cancer should be ruled out first before attributing the cause to other diseases.
If the PSA result turned out to be some kind of error, I would serially repeat the test according to your physician's recommendations.
