pubococcygeus muscle question?

by toma_mg, Jul 04, 2009 07:53AM
In the past, I was having sex frequently with long prolonged erections for years on end, total control of my ejaculation for years on end, everything was perfect.  Then one night, approximately a year ago, I was masturbating & felt a sudden pain, almost like a ballon popping, around my pubococcygeus muscle area.  Since then, my erections are not as hard as they used to be & my ejaculation is immediate after my erections.  Before this incident, I had no trouble holding my urine during flow if needed, but now it is very difficult.  I tried tightening my pubococcygeus muscle (Kegel exercises) with no success.

Is it possible I tore my puboccygeus muscle?  If so, is there a solution?  If not, what happened?

I just came back from Afghanistan a few days ago.  I will see my military doctor shortly.

Thank You,
Toma
