questions about penile discharge

i have been sleeping with the same girl for about 4 months now and i have noticed some clear discharge coming from my penis,  it isnt a lot and it doesnt smell or look anything out of the ordinary pre-*** but ive never just have it be there before.  I guess my question is is this actual discharge like what they describe in std's and such,  or is this something i dont need to worry about?  also we did have rough sex last weekend,  i dont know if that has anything to do with it but i figured i would put that out there too.  Any answers you have would be appreciated.  thank you.

I think we would need more info. Like when you have it? All the time, just after intercourse? You get the point.
